I found it! Mother Wang's Rabbit BBQ, as featured on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. Had to go a bit out of the way (in pouring rain without an umbrella, no less), and nearly gave up thinking that maybe it was gone or that the english name given by the show had no corresponding Chinese sign. But once I finally saw this place, I immediately recognized it.

I often try to seek out such "celebrity-endorsed" cuisine on my travels, and very rarely succeed. This time I can happily report that I found it, and it was very good (although more than I was expecting, both in quantity and price).
