"Ants Climbing a Tree"
(names like this are why studying Chinese doesn't necessarily mean I can read a menu... but I already heard of this dish, and in fact attempted to make it at home, so wanted to see what it was like in China... this was almost completely different from what I made.... not sure which recipe is more "authentic")
