That is one of few Korean dishes that can be found in San Luis Obispo. Sumo Sushi (which is owned by Koreans) offers them with the spelling "chap chae." They were a little better at the DMZ, but there wasn't as much of a difference as I had expected... of course, a nicer Korean restaurant might have presented a more noticeable improvement.
